We have been successfully deploying our 3D structural mapping commercially since 2017, generating an annual revenue of over one million euros. With our SaaS platform, InfraCloud, we are also scaling our own digital product. For the next development phase of our business model, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurially-minded Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d). This role is not about traditional sales; instead, it focuses on the systematic build-up of new markets, strategic partnerships, and scalable business models. Together with the management team, you will drive HydroMapper forward and unlock new growth potential both nationally and internationally. As a Customer Success Manager / Business Analyst B2B SaaS (m/f/d) for our InfraCloud, you will work alongside our customer success and development teams to scale customer support at HydroMapper. You will serve as the central point of contact for our B2B customers, guiding them through their journey on our platform. Your mission is to systematically capture their questions, feedback, and requirements, specify them in close collaboration with the users, and translate them into clear user stories for our engineering team. Join our Customer Success team as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 30 hours per week) at our Hamburg office.
