As a Customer Success Manager / Business Analyst B2B SaaS (m/f/d) for our InfraCloud, you will work alongside our customer success and development teams to scale customer support at HydroMapper. You will serve as the central point of contact for our B2B customers, guiding them through their journey on our platform. Your mission is to systematically capture their questions, feedback, and requirements, specify them in close collaboration with the users, and translate them into clear user stories for our engineering team. Join our Customer Success team as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 30 hours per week) at our Hamburg office.
